I believe in the fundamental, basic goodness of all humans; when living as our true self there can be a gentleness, ease, and gratitude toward life and everything we do.

Nature teaches us that stress and healing are cyclical. That they are an integral part of our experience. Yet sometimes we get stuck and life can feel heavy, overwhelming and dark. At these times, we might need others to help shift us out of these stressful and contracted states. Psychotherapy can offer that help.

Seeking help shows you have the wisdom and resolve to turn towards whatever you are facing. You have the ability to gain insight and to see things for what they truly are, regardless of how difficult that may be.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (CA52277) that offers a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space to explore and process difficulties, guiding you in the development of self-awareness, insight, ease, and compassion for yourself and others.

I also teach and support individuals in learning and maintaining a mindful-awareness meditation practice.
